Community Assessment Report & Strategic Plan

The Community Assessment Report and Strategic Plan is a report undertaken every three years by each of the 23 Community Action Agencies (CAAs) in Massachusetts, towards continually improving our response to fight poverty in our communities.

The report shows NSCAP’s Strategic Plan, developed around the top needs identified by our community assessments. As a result, we outline our plan and goals, and it helps us monitor our progress. We continuously adjust accordingly to develop strategic responses to the emerging needs in our communities.

“Thank you NSCAP for helping us with temporary shelter, and a permanent place to live.”

If you are interested in our CNA Training Program, please review the requirements above.
