The Facts & Statistics
Last year, North Shore CAP assisted nearly 8,404 low-income individuals to achieve economic and social stability through programs such as energy services, fuel assistance, home health services, adult education classes, workforce readiness, and housing and homelessness prevention. We serve the central region of Essex County, Massachusetts, which contains a population of 202,347 with 17,889 living below the poverty line.

Our Mission & Vision
NSCAP envisions a community where everyone is empowered and treated with dignity and respect. NSCAP aims to support our diverse community by promoting education, secure and safe housing, and self-sufficiency by creating opportunities for vulnerable populations including the elderly, disabled, homeless, immigrants, and low-income families and individuals.
